All about FaceBook Marketing with retargeting

In the media section you’ll decide on the image that you want to use in your ad. The recommended size for this image is 1080 pixels by 1080 pixels. (Though this would depend on your ad placements) The image MUST contain LESS THAN 20% text! (If you plan on using text in your image, Facebook has a very cool tool that will help you work around the 20% text overlay rule)
To identify topics, we turned to our two monthly features—“Topics to Watch” and “Hot Topics”—and examined their combined findings over the previous year. We also explored the full universe of topics that grew from January 2017 to October 2018 on Facebook. The perspective provided by leading industry experts inspired additional topics to explore. Finally, we turned to third-party research and credible media sources to both inform and validate our overall findings.
I honestly feel there’s still a place for some ads, but they have to be more relevant and valuable to the consumer. This is why we see more money going to content marketing, influencer marketing, referral partnerships, and other methods that are designed to deliver actual value to audiences. This shift isn’t going to stop until ads start being more valuable for the consumer.
Facebook retargeting can be used in a number of ways and is based on your advertising goals, or objectives. There are four main goals in retargeting ads: build awareness, reminder advertising, close a sale, and invite repeat business. When retargeting is used in conjunction with your advertising goals, ads become very effective and drive your return on investment up. How to Upload High Quality Pictures On Facebook

However, people do not always like turning their mobile devices to the side. Instagram -- one of the most popular social media platforms at the moment -- launched IGTV in June for the express purpose of watching videos in vertical mode. IGTV allows longer content, so you could publish animated videos, demos, interviews, case studies, 360-degree virtual reality, live streams and more. Your social media strategy needs to keep vertical-form IGTV videos in mind.

Now there is one other thing worth mentioning here.  There is an optional section where you can set a limit for the campaign.  How much you spend is usually managed in the next section at the Ad Set level.  However if you know with certainty that you have exactly $100 to spend on this campaign and you don’t want to spend any more.  You can set that amount here.  To set a limit at the campaign level the minimum amount is $100.
Once you've set up the Facebook pixel, the pixel will fire when someone takes an action on your website. Examples of actions include adding an item to their shopping cart or making a purchase. The pixel receives these actions, or events, which you can view on your Facebook pixel page in Events Manager. From there, you'll be able to see the actions that your customers take. You'll also have options to reach those customers again through future Facebook ads.

So what’s the best way to do it? Offer them the opportunity to subscribe to your email list through Facebook lead ads. These ads let people fill out a form and subscribe to your email list so you can keep in touch with them there and the best part is that they don’t even have to leave Facebook to sign up—they can subscribe right from their newsfeed. The pixel is an invisible 1×1 pixel-unique image file that gets embedded on your website. It is added via javascript code and automatically loads on all pages of the website. This code is designed to install small text files called cookies, which track the user’s Facebook visits on the website (more information on Facebook’s cookies are available on this page).
Hi Pamela. First off, can you recommend someone to build a chatbot? I would like to have one on my facebook page and website. Second, you mention boosting posts, Everything that I have read from digital marketers says not to boost the post but run an ad instead. Any thoughts on this? I am currently running a video of myself that I did sitting in my car. I am running this in a new area trying to create some brand awareness. Unfortunately, it is not faring well.

The tricky part with Facebook is that it only lets you operate within predefined targeting options. You can, for example, target people who have visited your website within a defined period of time (the last 7 days, 30 days, etc.), however, there’s still no option to target repeat visitors who have been to your website several times but haven’t finished their purchase yet.
