Hi Rob, thanks for the advice. I have been playing around with Facebook ads for around 6 months now and despite the fact that I get some good traffic at reasonable prices I am still getting a high bounce rate and a relatively low conversion rate. I think part of the issue may be that I have not optimized for mobile/desktop so I will take your advice and put a bit more focus on making the ads work better for different technology.

You can create a Custom Audience from your list, Facebook Pixel data or Facebook SDK to specify the people you want to reach with your remarketing campaign.
